New chairman takes place on Osynlig's board

New chairman

Product agency Osynlig scales up and recruits Ashley Tott (founder of ScaleX Growth Partners ) as new chairman of the board in Europe.

Ashley Tott has extensive experience in board work and has led several growth trips for, among others, VOYD and Carcare . With a background in private equity at 3i London , as an accountant at Arthur Andersen and as commercially responsible for Specsaver 's European expansion, he is a great addition to Osynlig's board.

For the past 10 years, Ashley has focused on helping growth companies, start-ups and scale-ups succeed with their ventures. He works, in addition to his own company Scalex Growth Partners , in a number of board assignments such as ALMI Invest , etc.

- I have followed Osynlig for many years and have always liked the company's approach and forward thinking. The recent growth despite the pandemic, their high ambition and the professional approach to board work made me accept the position of chairman.

The goal for me is that we take the board's work to the next level and nail down a clear strategy to scale up the business. I think there is a super opportunity for us to develop both the company and the product range so that we really differentiate ourselves in the market, says Ashley Tott.

Despite the pandemic of recent years, Osynlig has managed to continue its growth and scored two of the most profitable months in the company's history in the first quarter of 2022.

The goal of the recruitments is to scale up Osynlig 's operations in the coming years with the aim of creating Northern Europe's sharpest digital product agency. The board has begun work on shaping a new strategy for how Osynlig should develop, which will be presented after the summer.
