It all started in 1987 with the traditional original, Bhuja Mix. Now 30 years later Chasers is still a family operated New Zealand food manufacturer with the vision to expand their business and reconnect with their customers online. Their old website was not tailored towards end-consumers, did not do their quality products justice and did not align with the new direction of the company.
The challenges we were faced with was to bring to life the story of Chasers, revitalise the brand in a digital space and create a home to showcase the range of superior quality snacks that Chasers has perfected over the last 30 years.
Chasers needed to position themselves in the New Zealand snacks market. We researched similar brands, conducted surveys, arranged tasting sessions and visited Chasers local factory to define what makes Chasers unique. With our findings, we set out to bring the benefits and flavours of their snacks to life, tell the story of a kiwi favourite that has travelled the world, and help consumers discover a snack that not only brings friends and family together but also packs a punch!

Created with love and passion since 1987. And arguably one of New Zealand's first commercially manufactured Bhuja snack, this is something important to share in order to build credibility and trust to their dedication to flavour and quality.
The flavours are what set Chasers apart from your ordinary snack. The traditional spices of the Fiji Indian kitchen are beaming with colour and contrast and so does Chasers new digital identity. By creating a tone of voice that is personal we invite people to get to know the passionate family behind their favourite Bhuja Mix.
On the new website Chasers gluten-free, vegan-friendly, family roasted snacks take the stage and people can easily find their closest Bhuja base to buy snacks.
