Identify your best growth opportunities & test them with users in the same week.

Spending time and money on finding ideas that will be celebrated by your customers and set you apart from the competition is hard work and risky, typically it takes months of work.

Our design sprint is a one-week process that will help you navigate these critical decisions by providing you with tangible insights and feedback from your customer, so you can invest in the best ideas.

What we can help your venture with

  1. Identify the right product to go to market with.

When you want to kickstart a new venture and need to find the right product to go to market with.
  2. Validate what ideas will improve product growth

When you are not sure what the next step should be for your product but you have lots of ideas.
  3. Utilise emerging tech to disrupt your competition

When you want a continuous innovation partner for rapidly testing ideas and new features.
  4. Developing ideas into the real prototypes

We have over 10 years of expertise in building a-class digital services in-house.

It works for the busiest of schedules – we only need stakeholders in the room for the first 2 days

We know you have a busy schedule, we only need stakeholders in the room for the first 2 days of our design sprint. If possible, we’d love to have everyone join us for the last day of testing the idea with customers. We promise it’s well worth it.

  1. Day 1: Mapping the challenge

We'll start the week framing our challenge, mapping the customer journey, interviewing experts and deciding the focus for the sprint.
  2. Day 2: Deciding on a solution

We together spend the day planning, storyboarding and preparing the strongest idea so it can be turned into a prototype.
  3. Day 3: Creating Prototype and prepare for testing

The day is spent prototyping, at the end of the day we do a run-through together to make sure it works as intended.
  4. Day 4: Test with real customers

The last day is all about validating our solution with real customers.

“Osynlig led our first design sprint where we prototyped the XLabs program and adapted it directly via feedback from businesses.”

“I would highly recommend Osynlig to others looking for Design Sprint expertise. The team at Osynlig have worked with Tech Futures Lab and our professional Master’s candidates since 2017. They bring expertise in the techniques of design sprints and work well with our experiential education approach. Our candidates are all working on different projects, which requires a very flexible approach to teaching and validating new concepts. I would highly recommend Osynlig to others looking to understand how to use these tools in practice.”

What happens after the Sprint

The Design Sprint is our ground zero, but through a period of 12-18 months and beyond is where we help you build your business better, faster, stronger.

Are we almost there?

Before running a Full Discovery, we can run another Iteration and storytelling Sprint – Focus on developing the prototype a bit further and its brand & storytelling to help you stage your pitch in front of potential investors, tackling the questions that were not sufficiently answered and build out key aspects that did not fit within the first sprint.

Do you need an MVP?

We've qualified the opportunity and it's ready to its next step, the product discovery process takes in between 2 to 12 weeks, it is when your business idea and our expertise come together to shape your minimum valuable product, in other terms, a live product and business ready for customers to love. We'll create full build specification and quote the costs, venture and product roadmap and when you're ready we can build it, all in-house.

Did we hit a home run?

After the initial Qualification and Discovery we take the prototype to its full production and launch, In exchange, we bring expert product, design, engineering and go-to-market squads. Our goal is to work as part of your team, with you and your customers to ensure their end-to-end experience is seamless and exceeding their expectations.

Is it time to grow?

At this point we've worked with you for at least 14 to 18 weeks, but at this stage the focus is on nailing your product-market fit. Our team sits side-by-side with you to ensure your product growth can be sustainable, as well as your Design and DevOps and go-to-market strategy can be delivered by yourself.

Do you need advisory?

The product is loved by many customers, your strategy is in the right place and your team is growing. We know that this phase might be exciting but it could also be extremely challenging. We can help you from advice around capital raising, team building, and financial forecasting, to go-to-market strategy, investor introductions, and beyond, we have partners and resources to help support your mission at any point.

How about ongoing support?

Our ultimate goal is you to be successfully self-sufficient and build your own global recognised Design, product and engineer ops. This is a massive step in your startup life - cycle, which usually takes 12-18 months of us working together, we are still connected as if we are one startup and continue to offer ongoing support either as informal advisors or as Directors/Board Observers.

Did the idea not work out?

Scrap the idea and run a new Sprint – Take on the problem from a different angle by leveraging the learnings from the previous Sprint
