Coming from a background in tourism and hospitality, Georgia’s focus is on mentoring leaders and unlocking potential. With experience consulting independently and for agencies, she believes that organisational change begins with the individual, and is dedicated to nurturing the growth of innovation, collaboration and emotional intelligence to create a sustainable future.

Georgia works to support effective change from a system-wide perspective, with flexibility, adaptability, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. She focuses on leadership development and untapping the potential in every individual, including discovering new ways of working and promoting developmental agility.

Georgia is a deep and creative thinker who is currently studying Behavioural Science, majoring in behavioural studies. Outside work and university, she enjoys exploring the Tasmanian wilderness and playing with her chocolate Border Collie.

Georgia has spent the majority of her childhood in the mountains of Tasmania and is most at home in the wild.
