Juanita is a Consultant at Neu21.

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Juanita started her studies in Industrial Design, influenced by the idea of designing ergonomic products. However, her desire to create meaningful and holistic experiences that meet user needs, meant that service design quickly became her true passion.

Juanita began her career designing banking and education services at an advertising agency, while simultaneously turning her passion for healthy cooking into a catering start-up.

In 2018, Juanita was given the opportunity to pursue further studies overseas, and moved to Australia to complete a Masters in Marketing at Monash University. In 2019, Juanita joined G2 Innovation and quickly made herself an indispensable member of the team.

Juanita is passionate about marketing, customer experience and service design. She is the brains behind many of Neu21’s brand and marketing campaigns and brings a unique combination of creativity and calm to the Neu21 team.

Outside of work, Juanita enjoys eco-traveling and dancing.
