Juliana is an Industrial Designer from Colombia whose career started in product design and development before shifting to strategy and transformation. With a creative mind and a passion for understanding the human condition, she enjoys uniting the design universe with organisational development. This passion sees her working with companies around the globe, using design tools to open people’s minds and release their creative potential.

After living and working in different countries, Juliana’s curiosity around cultures and people led her to discover a real passion for designing memorable and empathetic experiences as a way to connect people in meaningful ways.

Juliana has studied Experience Design, Strategic Management and Food Design & Innovation, which makes her approach as a consultant fun and unique. She is a believer in the power of collaborative action to shape a better future. Co-creation is one of the things she enjoys the most, sharing ideas, perspectives and working with different disciplines inspires and motivates her.

Food, wellness and exploring different cultures is what makes Juliana tick. That’s why her downtime is mainly spent travelling and practising yoga.
