Katya has over 20 years of experience leading a diverse portfolio of cross-functional domains and programs of work at one of Australia's largest and most iconic brands, Qantas Airways. She has a unique ability to meaningfully connect and drive change at all organisational levels.

As an experienced, daring and confident Leader Katya uses agile methods, mindsets and principles to coach leaders to focus on strategy while aligning and empowering teams to collaborate, innovate and execute. Her drive and natural leadership style provides clients with a safe pair of hands to guide, coach and support organisational transformation and deliver optimal outcomes.

Katya is highly energetic, flexible and curious completing her MBA at Macquarie Graduate School Management while working full-time. Outside of work, she is an accomplished long-distance swimmer. She speaks fluent Japanese and loves traveling and exploring new cultures.
