His extensive hands-on experience encompasses the entire software lifecycle, portfolio and product management, delivery management, and continuous improvement.

Marcio has had several entrepreneurial experiences and has a unique ability to nurture environments where innovation thrives, building and growing world-class engineering cultures. Recently, Marcio was the founding engineer and former Chief Product and Technology Officer of Flomatika, a disruptor platform in the global Value Stream Management space.

After neglecting to prioritise his physical and mental health, he now understands its importance as a fiduciary responsibility, transforming his relationship with the work. He now better balances his professional life with activities that bring him joy, like going on weekly dates with his wife, cooking with the kids, reading, going to the gym, doing yoga and walking Brownie, the dog.
