Naturally curious and drawn to what makes people tick, Martine is passionate about igniting human potential. Working with operational, cross-functional and leadership teams, Martine leads organisations through change by putting on her radical thinking cap to solve problems. In her previous jobs, Martine was frustrated by the system of work she had experienced, but wasn’t sure how to fix it. New and better ways of working revolutionised the way she approached her own work, and now, at Neu21, Martine is bringing that knowledge to even more people to transform their working lives.

With qualifications in Psychology and Human Resources, and experience across the spectrum from corporate to start-up worlds, Martine has a depth of knowledge of People & Culture, employee engagement, coaching and training. Her approach is innovative and human-centred, reflecting the outcomes she delivers to teams.

Outside of work, Martine keeps busy with her passions, including ballet, travel, photography and cheering on her beloved Melbourne Football Club. Go Demons!
