Pablo Dunovits

🇳🇿 NEW ZEALAND • Innovation | Design Leadership | Digital Product | Experience Design

Pablo is a creative force with a passion for making the world a better place.

By day, Pablo's a problem-solver, dad, husband, and dreamer. He started his journey in Argentina in 1999 (remember that dot-com bubble? He was one of them) down south in Patagonia, where he got a deep love for the country's fun chaos and Asados (just google it). In 2010, he flew to New Zealand and fell in love with the beautiful nature.

He’s done all kinds of cool projects for big companies like Vodafone, Coca-Cola, and Sony Pictures. He also helps out local heroes like Westpac, LIC, Air New Zealand and New World in New Zealand and Australia. His creative influence spans various industries, whether it's finance, health, trade, or education. Pablo’s creative expertise has earned him numerous awards, recognition, and a coveted spot in Invision's Amazing Design People List.

But Pablo is more than just a creative designer. He possesses an entrepreneurial and philanthropic spirit; he’s an advisor and mentor for startups, a visionary in venture capital, and a strong advocate for lean startup strategies. As part of his entrepreneurial spirit, he co-founded du.today, eldogma, and a few other ‘failed’ ventures. His commitment to social causes, like supporting child education, sponsoring the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra and philanthropic endeavours, is as strong as his dedication to innovation.

From revolutionising user experiences to pioneering digital strategies and creating innovative digital products, Pablo's workday is a dynamic mix of strategy meetings, product reviews, roadmaps, collaboration, value delivery to clients, and design team coaching. He always finds time to roll up his sleeves and dive into the action.

Pablo isn't just a design and innovation wizard; he's also a family man, a soccer fan, and a big fan of adventures. He takes ideas from his fun Argentine background and his love for Asados, when he’s not playing with Legos.
