Siân is a wannabe show tune singer, mum to the next generation of leaders (seriously her kids are incredible) and one of the founders of Neu21, a global organisation making the world of work more human.

Siân has a deep desire to ignite potential in people and does this through her work as a leadership coach, employee experience designer, facilitator and active listener.

Siân spent the first half of her career casting and producing opera and theatre productions. The variety of egos on display here is is where she learnt the art of navigating human behaviour. Sian also honed her incredible talent of bringing ideas to life on a shoestring (the Arts being underfunded is a separate conversation) and realised that creativity and innovation thrive under constraints. This led to her co-founding her first consultancy G2 Innovation.

Siân is the epitome of continuous growth and learning for herself and uses her work and her platform to generously share her experiences and nurture others.
